摘要: 为解决水体中镉离子污染以及固废基材料资源化利用的问题,以小麦秸秆与硼泥等量混合在 700 ℃ (氮气驱氧)下煅烧 2 h,制备复合生物炭吸附材料(BBm);以 BBm 为吸附剂,对 Cd2+浓度 200 mg / L 的含镉模拟废水 进行 Cd2+吸附研究。 单因素试验结果表明,随着 BBm 用量、溶液 pH、转速以及吸附反应时间的增加,BBm 对 Cd2+去除 率升高,直至吸附平衡后,去除率稳定;正交试验结果表明,各因素影响由强到弱依次为溶液初始 pH 值、BBm 用量、振 荡转速、反应时间,在室温(约 25 ℃ )、BBm 用量为 0. 5 g、pH 值为 8、转速为 200 r / min 的条件下,对 100 mL 模拟废水 (含镉 200 mg / L)吸附 180 min,获得去除率 99. 99%的良好指标;吸附等温拟合结果表明,BBm 对 Cd2+的吸附过程符合 Langmuir 等温吸附模型,准二级动力学模型能更好地拟合该吸附过程。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of cadmium ion pollution in water bodies and the resource utilization of solid waste based materials,wheat straw and boron sludge were mixed in equal amounts and calcined at 700 ℃ (nitrogen oxygen displacement) for 2 h to prepare composite biochar adsorption material ( BBm). Using BBm as adsorbent,simulated wastewater containing cadmium with a Cd2+ concentration of 200 mg / L was studied for adsorption. The results of the single-factor test results showed that with the increase of BBm dosage,solution pH,speed and adsorption reaction time,the removal rate of Cd2+ by BBm increased until the removal rate no longer increased after the adsorption equilibrium. The orthogonal test results showed that the strength of each factor was as following:solution initial pH value,BBm dosage,speed and reaction time,and 100 mL of simulated wastewater (the concentration of cadmium is 200 mg / L) was adsorbed for 180 min at room temperature ( about 25 ℃ ),BBm dosage of 0. 5 g,pH value of 8 and speed of 200 r / min,and a good index of removal rate of 99. 99% was obtained. The results of adsorption isothermal fitting showed that the adsorption process of BBm to Cd2+ was in line with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,and the quasi-secondary kinetic model could better fit the adsorption process.
