深部开采流变性软岩巷道底鼓原因与防治

摘要: 根据马路坪矿巷道围岩变形和破坏的现场调查和实测结果,分析了流变性软岩巷道底鼓的形成原因是紫红色页岩膨胀性较强和水的渗入,且随开采深度加大,出现的几率明显增大。通过数值模拟计算,分析了巷道围岩破碎区、塑性区范围和应力位移分布情况,提出了控制巷道底鼓的技术措施和支护方案。工业试验结果表明,该方案有效地控制了巷道底鼓。

Abstract: Based on the site survey and practically measurement results of the wall rock deformation and failure of the roadway in Maluping Mine, the causes for the floor heave formation in the rheological weak rock roadway were analyzed and found to be the strong expansibility of mauve shale and water penetration, which were more evident with the increase of the mining depth. Through the numerical simulation calculation, the scope of the roadway wall rock fracture zone and plastic zone, and the stress displacement distribution were analyzed. Technical measures and support scheme were proposed for controlling the roadway floor heave. The industrial test results show that the implementation of this scheme has effectively control the floor heave.
