摘要 通过建立岩体中灌浆管状模型,利用灌浆施工中常用的活塞式灌浆泵,进行了圆管模型灌水(浆)试验。试验结果表明,灌浆压力和单位时间内灌浆量随着灌浆泵传动速率增大而增大。但在同一速率条件下,灌浆压力会随着岩体的可灌性减小而增加;水泥类悬浊液浆液形成的灌浆压力大于高分子化学浆液形成的灌浆压力;灌浆泵、灌浆材料、岩体条件对灌浆压力的结果是相互影响相互制约的,并不纯粹是灌浆泵动力的主动式表现,而是同时受岩体条件和灌浆材料多因素制约条件下的一种被动式表现。

Abstract: The circular tube grouting test was made by the established model of grouting slurry tube in rock mass and using piston type grouting pump commonly used in grouting engineering. The test results indicate that grouting pressure and grouting amount in unit time increase with the increase of the transmission velocity of the grouting pump. However, at the same velocity, the grouting pressure will increase with the decrease of the groutability of rock mass. The grouting pressure formed by cement type suspensoid is greater than that by high molecular chemical slurry. The effect of grouting pump, material or rock mass condition on the grouting pressure is mutually affected and mutually restricted. It is not merely an active representation of grouting pump power but a passive representation restricted by several factors such as rockmass condition and grouting material.
