大倍线管道自流输送胶结充填技术

摘要: 煎茶岭镍业有限公司在大倍线条件下,根据管道输送高浓度料浆的规律,采用大管径、小流量、低流速3种技术手段,成功解决了超大倍线条件下的自流充填问题,实现了高浓度料浆管道自流胶结充填,取得了显著经济技术效益,并对其普遍适用性及创新性作出了评价。

Abstract: The paper introduced that the gravity-flowed filling was successfully achieved under extra great times line conditions by three techniques of large diameter, small flow and low flow rate, according to the law of high concentration slurry pipeline transportation in Jianchaling Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. Then, the gravity-lowed cemented filling with high concentration slurry pipeline was realized with significant economic and technical benefits obtained. Lastly, the general applicability of this technique and its innovation were evaluated.
