司家营铁矿南区充填采矿参数优化设计

摘要: 针对司家营铁矿南区采用的阶段嗣后充填法采矿开展可行性论证以及采场参数优化设计研究。首先,在矿区工程地质条件研究的基础上,借助于工程类比和采矿初步设计,确定了可采用的回采方案和参数的变化范围;其次,根据参数的选取范围,建立正交数值模型,进行16组正交数值分析;第三,根据数值模拟获得不同组合参数采场稳定性与岩移参数,采用回归分析,建立采场安全度和岩移参数与采场设计参数之间的函数关系;第四,以盘区采矿经济效益为优化目标,以采场稳定性和岩移控制为约束条件建立优化模型,实现对南区采场结构参数优化决策。最后,对优化设计参数进行数值分析,研究和评价南区充填法开采的地表沉降、采场稳定性以及采矿经济效益。

Abstract: According to the stage back filling method in the southern district of Sijiaying, the feasibility and stope parameter optimization design research are made  Firstly,in the research area based on the engineering geological conditions,the recovery plan and the variation of parameters scope can be determined by engineering analogy and mining the preliminary design.Secondly,according to the parameter selection scope,the numerical model for orthogonal 16 group parameter combination of numerical analysis is established   Thirdly,according to different stope stability and rock movement parameters obtained by the numerical simulation,the function relation between the stope safety, strata movement parameters and design parameters is built by adopting the regression analysis.Fourthly,taking the economic benefit of plate area as optimizing targets of mining, the optimization model is established to realize optimization decision for southern stope structure with the stope stability and rock movement control parameters as constraint conditions  The comparison of this result indicated the stope mining of surface subsidence,the influence of stress and stability.Finally,the numerical analysis on the optimal design parameters is made to research and evaluate the surface subsidence,stope stability and economic benefit of the southern mining area in back  filling method.
