云南某铅锌多金属矿选矿试验研究

摘要: 在对云南某铅锌多金属矿进行简单工艺矿物学研究的基础上,按拟定的铜铅混浮—铜铅分离—锌硫混浮—锌硫分离原则流程进行了磨矿细度、药剂种类及用量条件试验,采用1粗1扫2精混浮铜铅、1粗1扫2精铜铅分离、1粗1扫2精混浮锌硫、1粗1扫2精锌硫分离、中矿顺序返回的闭路试验流程处理该矿样,获得了铅品位45.26%、回收率81.33%的铅精矿,锌品位45.97%、回收率88.29%的锌精矿,分选指标理想,但综合回收产品铜精矿和硫精矿的指标有待提高。

Abstract: A simple technical mineralogy research is carried out on a lead and zinc polymetallie ore in Yunnan province.Base on the research results,it can determine the flowsheet of  bulk flotation of lead and copper-separation of lead and copper-bulk flotation of zinc and pyrite-separation of zinc and pyrite.Condition tests as grinding finess,reagents and dosage are done.A closed circuit test fhowsheet as one rougher,one scavenger and two cleaners for the bulk flotation of lead and copper,the separation of lead and copper,the bulk flotation of zinc and pyrite and the separation of zinc and pyrite,and middlings  feeding back sequentially,were used to treat the multi-metal ore.Finally two products can be obtained.One is lead concentrate which contains 45.26% Pb at a recovery of 81.33%; the other is zinc concentrate which contains 45.97% Zn at a recovery of 88.29%.But it needs to improve the index of by products as copper concentrate and sulfur concentrate.
