495HR电铲不同铲斗容积生产能力分析

Analysis on the Production Capacity of 495HR Shovel with Different Bucket Capacity

摘要: 从勺容比、装车周期、电铲生产能力等方面分析了哈尔乌素露天煤矿495HR电铲原配置60.4 m3铲斗存在的问题和应用52.8 m3铲斗的效果,认为小铲斗更为合理。理论分析表明,与MT5500卡车匹配,52.8 m3铲斗更为合理,其小时技术生产能力和实际生产能力仅分别降低1.0%和3.4%;生产实践表明,采用52.8 m3铲斗可缩短装载周期6.2%,实际小时生产能力仅降低3.6%。由于改进了开斗机构,降低了铲斗1次装载量,使电铲开斗机构的故障次数和故障时间分别减少70%和77%,月能力增大了4.4%。

Abstract: The paper analyzed the problems in the original 60.4 m3 Ha'erwusu coal mine 495HR shovel bucket configurationand the application effect of 52.8 m3 bucket from the capacity ratio,loading cycles and shovel productioncapacity.The small bucket was regarded to be more reasonable.Theoretical analysis showed that matching with theMT5500 truck,52.8 m3 bucket was more reasonable,and the hours of technical production and actual productionwas only decreased by 1.0% and 3.4%.Production practice showsed that,the use of 52.8 m3 bucket load cycle timecould be shortened by 6.2%,and the actual hours of production capacity was only reduced by 3.6%.Because of theimproved bucket to open fighting in reducing the weight of a load,Shovel bucket to open the number ofinstitutions and the failure time of fault were reduced by 70% and 77%,Monthly capacity increased by 4.4%.
