复杂环境下软岩变形破坏机理与控制技术研究

摘要: 在分析了复杂环境下软岩巷道的强烈持续塑性流变破坏特征和支护异常困难的基础上,对复杂环境软岩变形破坏的应力转移过程和力学机制进行了研究。通过古汉山矿软岩巷道工程实践,控制了巷道强烈变形,保持了巷道的稳定。为类似复杂工程环境软岩分析计算,明确了软岩巷道支护控制对象;提出了塑性区发育控制原则;提出了提高巷道浅部围岩的力学性质和残余强度的支护方法。并为类似条件下的巷道控制提供了成功经验。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the characteristics of strong continuous plastic flow failure and extreme difficult support of soft rock tunnel in complex environment, the stress transfer process and mechanism of deformation failure of soft rocks in complex environment were studied.In the practice of Guhanshan soft rock tunneling engineering, the strong tunnel deformation was controlled, and the tunnel was kept stable.Analysis and calculation was made for soft rocks in similar complex engineering environment, and the control target of soft rock tunnel support defined; the principles for controlling plastic zone development was proposed; and the mechanical properties of shallow wall rock of tunnel and the support method for residual strength were given.Successful experience is provided fro the tunnel control with similar engineering conditions.
