巫山桃花高磷鲕状赤铁矿联合选矿脱磷工艺研究

摘要: 为了经济有效地降低巫山桃花高磷鲕状赤铁矿中磷的含量,以获得合格铁精矿,根据矿石性质研究结果,试验研究了物理选矿、化学选矿以及物理选矿与化学选矿联合选矿工艺。研究结果表明,重选-化学选矿脱磷可以把高磷鲕状赤铁矿中磷从1.13%降低至0.077%,达到国家标准对铁矿中磷含量的要求,而且脱磷成本较低,脱磷溶液可以通过回收得到利用,不会对环境形成污染,是高磷鲕状赤铁矿降磷的有效方法。

Abstract: To economically and efficiently reduce the phosphorous content in high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore of wushan, taohua county so as to gain a qualified iron concentrate, based on the study of the ore properties, tests were made on its beneficiation by physical process, chemical process and by their combined process.The results indicate that a combination of gravity separation and chemical processes can reduce the phosphorous content of the ore from 1.13% to 0.077%, which meets the state standard on the phosphorous content in iron ore at a low cost.Moreover, the dephosphorization solution can be recycled and will cause no pollution to the environment.Therefore, it is an efficient method for phosphorous reduction of high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore.
