铅锌浮选分离有机抑制剂的研究

摘要: 研究了分子结构对有机抑制剂性能的影响,通过铅锌分离纯矿物试验考察了分子结构简单的脂肪烃有机抑制剂,具有明显的官能团效应。当分子结构中存在苯环时,官能团作用不明显。提出硫化矿铅锌分离有机抑制剂分子选择和设计的依据。对选择出来的有机抑制剂进行了研究,证实了新药剂GZT对铅锌分离起着显著的效果。

Abstract: The effect of molecular structure on the performance of organic depressants was studied.An organic depressant of aliphatic hydrocarbon with simple molecular structure was investigated through the separation of pure lead and zinc minerals and was found to have evident functional group effect.When the molecular structure contained a benzene ring, the functional group effect was not so evident.The basis for the molecular selection and design of the organic depressant for lead and zinc separation was proposed.Test research was made on the organic depressants selected and verified that the new agent GZT has remarkable effect on lead and zinc separation.
