氧化铜矿物抗抑制作用的表面形貌研究

Surface Morphology of Copper Oxide Minerals in Relation with Anti-depression Function

摘要: 在Hallimond管中进行孔雀石纯矿物的硫化浮选试验,试验中添加(NH4)2SO4以测试其在过量Na2S存在时的抗抑制作用,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了孔雀石纯矿物在不同试验条件下的表面形貌。结果表明,在过量Na2S存在的孔雀石浮选体系中,添加(NH4)2SO4后,可以起到抗抑制的作用。它可以使孔雀石表面生成的硫化膜更加坚实、致密和稳定,有利于黄药的吸附。

Abstract: Malachite sulfidization-flotation tests were carried out in Hallimond Tube.(NH4)2SO4.was added to test its anti-depression function at the presence of an excess amount of Na2S and the surface morphologies of pure malachaite minerals were investigated by SEM at various test conditions.The results shows that, in a malachite flotation system with excessive amount of Na2S,NH4)2SO4 , when added to the system, can play a role of anti-depression.It will make the sulfide film formed on the surface of malachite firmer, denser and more stable, facilitating the adsorption of xanthate.
