摘要: 将现代管理学中的存储论引入露天矿表土资源流的分配过程中,将露天矿表土资源采集区-土地复垦区的供应链看作一个物流供销的整体,并依此确定了复垦区最优表土存储量,给出了露天矿表土资源流的最优储存周期和经济生产批量(即表土供应量)的计算公式,从技术经济的角度对露天矿土地复垦作业费用的构成进行了二次划分。

Abstract: The storage theory in modern management is introduced to the distribution of surface soil resource flow in open-pit mines.The supplying chain between soil collection area and land reclaimation area is considered as a resource supply and selling integrity.Based on this, the optimal surface soil reserve is determined and the calculation formula for optimal storage period and economic production batch (or surface soil supply) is derived.Further more, re-partition of land reclaimation investment in open-pit mines is made from the viewpoint of technical economics.
