高压静电场中粉尘静电力及收集的研究

摘要: 在电除尘器中,静电力对粉尘粒子附着在收尘极板上和收集都起着至关重要的作用。收尘极板上粉尘受到的静电力分为电晕静电力、极化静电力、接触静电力和感应静电力。通过建立模型从微观的角度推导了各种静电力的理论计算公式。模拟电除尘器中的静电场,测出在不同外加脉冲高压静电场下粉尘静电力的大小,在振打条件下测定了粉尘颗粒能否返回到气流中的条件。试验结果表明,粉尘所受静电力与外加电场成正比,当流过粉尘电流密度较大时,粉尘颗粒所受静电力较大而不易返混,同时还表明使用芒刺作为放电极也有助于遏制粉尘颗粒二次扬尘。

Abstract: Electrostatic forces consisting of corona electrostatic force, polarization electrostatic force, contact electrostatic force & faradic electrostatic force are of great importance to dust adhesion on the plate and collection in electrostatic precipitator.The theoretical equations for all kinds of electrostatic forces of particles from microcosmic aspect are derived by setting up a model.By simulating the electrostatic field in electrostatic precipitator, the magnitude of the electrostatic forces of dust with different applied pulse electrostatic fields are measured,and the conditions for the air re-entrainment of particles under rapping are proposed.The experiment result shows that the electrostatic forces of dust is proportional to the applied pulse electrostatic field and the dust can not be re-entrained easily because of high electrostatic forces at a great current density .It is indicated that the charging bar is also beneficial to controlling the re-entrainment of precipitated particles.
