摘要: 针对有色金属选矿分级作业中的水力旋流器压力不稳问题设计了模糊智能控制系统。利用模糊PID算法,通过变频调速技术,对水力旋流器入口压力进行控制,来解决因水力旋流器压力不稳而造成的分级效率低的问题。系统仿真结果表明,系统稳态误差小于0.04%,与现有生产工艺相比,可提高分级效率。

Abstract: A fuzzy intelligent control system was designed as a solution for the instable pressure of hydrocyclone in the classification operation in non-ferrous metal ore processing.A fuzzy intelligent PID control algorithm was used to control the inlet pressure of hydrocyclone by variable frequency speed governing technology so as to solve the problem of low classification efficiency due to the instable pressure of hydrocyclone.The system simulation result indicates that the system static error is less than 0.04% and it can be used to improve the classification efficiency.
