电感式铁精矿品位传感器设计

摘要: 提出一种结构简单轻巧、驱动及测试电路简单、性能较好的新型电感式铁精矿品位传感器,可用于磁铁矿铁精矿铁品位的快速测量。给出了传感器的结构及测试方法,并对铁精矿品位检测仪工作原理进行了探讨。采用正交试验设计法对传感器结构进行了参数优化及试验研究,为研制实用型铁精矿品位检测仪奠定了基础。

Abstract: The paper proposes a new type inductive sensor for iron concentrate grade that is characterized by light structure, simple driving and testing circuits and good performance.It can be used for a rapid measurement of the grade of magnetite concentrate.Its structure, testing method and detecting mechanism are presented and discussed.Orthogonal experimental design method was used in the parameter optimization and research of the sensor, laying a basis for the development of a practical iron concentrate grate detector.
