摘要: 介绍了东鞍山烧结厂磨矿分级工艺现状,开展了φ127 mm与φ120 mm磨矿介质、φ120 mm与φ110 mm磨矿介质对比试验,对磨矿介质消耗情况、磨矿介质磨矿效果进行了分析,提出φ110 mm低铬白口铸球是东鞍山烧结厂理想的磨矿介质。

Abstract: The paper presents the present conditions of the grinding-classification process in Donganshan Sintering Plant, AnSteel Mining Co., describes the tests for the comparison between φ127 mm and φ120 mm grinding media, and φ120 mm and φ110  mm grinding media respectively, and analyzes the grinding medium consumption and their grinding results.It is concluded that φ110 mm low chromium white cast balls are the most ideal for the ore of Donganshan Sintering Plant.
