中东地区某矿山中深孔爆破技术参数的优化

摘要: 以中东地区某金属矿山巷道掘进中中深孔爆破为研究对象,针对巷道断面设计、炸药性能、凿岩设备等的不同特点,进行了炮孔布置、装药技术、连线及起爆方式等技术参数的优化。生产实践证明,参数优化后的凿岩爆破技术具有安全系数高、掘进速度快、巷道断面规整、掘进成本低等优点。研究可为国内矿业进入中东矿业市场的生产提供技术参考,对国内、国际类似矿山亦有借鉴作用。

Abstract: In this paper,the technology of medium-length hole blasting during roadway excavation of a metal mine in the Middle East was studied.The technical parameters including hole layout,loading technique,connecting leg wire and blasting cable detonation methods were optimized according to the different features of roadway section design,explosives performance,drilling equipment,and etc.It was proved by production practice that the technology using optimized drilling blasting parameters have advantages of safety,high tunneling speed,regular roadway cross-section,low cost,and etc.The research could not only provide technical reference for domestic mining companies which enter mining market of Middle-East,but also beneficial to similar mine worldwide.
