高磷鲕状赤铁矿开发利用现状及发展趋势

摘要: 简述了高磷鲕状赤铁矿的矿石特性及其分选难点,介绍了国内选矿工作者应用强磁—反浮选工艺、磁化焙烧—弱磁选工艺、磁化焙烧—弱磁选—反浮选工艺、直接反浮选工艺、脱磷工艺处理该类型矿石所取得的研究成果,指出采用常规选矿工艺处理该类型矿石难以获得满意的分选指标,但采用深度还原—高效磁选工艺处理该类型矿石能取得较理想的分选指标,并根据新工艺所存在的问题,总结了未来选矿工作者主攻的方向。

Abstract: The features and difficulties of beneficiation of high phosphorus oolitic hematite were sketched.High intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation,magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation,roasting-magnetic separation-reverse flotation,reverse flotation and processes of dephosphorization were used to treat these ores by mineral processing researchers,and the research results were summarized. However,a satisfactory separation index of conventional mineral processing method has never been achieved. But deep reduction-high efficient magnetic separation is an effective technology for utilization of high phosphorus oolitic hematite. According to the problems of the new technology,the future research direction of high phosphorus oolitic hematite was suggested.
