新型高水材料巷旁充填系统可靠性分析

摘要: 新型高水材料具有早期强度高、易泵送、密闭采空区好的特性,实践证明是一种理想的巷旁充填材料。在现场应用中,由于各种原因,巷旁充填系统时有故障发生,影响了充填工作效率。在统计邱集煤矿巷旁充填系统运行故障的基础上,应用故障树分析法对充填系统可靠性进行了研究分析。分析结果表明充填系统可靠度为0.9235,能满足生产需求;防止人员误操作和设备定期检修是减少充填故障的有效途径。

Abstract: It was proved that the new-high-moisture-material is perfect packing material beside roadway because of its early strength,easy pump-ability,good goaf-tightness,etc. Due to various reasons,the new high-moisture-material backfilling system sometimes goes wrong. Its fault decreases the backfilling efficiency. Based on the actual failure data of Qiuji mine backfilling system,research and analyze the reliability of the backfilling system by using the fault tree analysis(FTA).The results show that the reliability of the system is 0.9235,and it can maintain the production requirement. Preventing mis-operation and regularly maintaining the equipment are the effective ways of improving the reliability of the system.
