摘要: 简述了当今国内乳化炸药生产过程中,在基质冷却工序中常用的、最具代表性的几种冷却方式,并对每种方式的优点及其缺陷进行了详尽的理论分析。最终肯定了综合效益最理想的、适合当前大产能自控生产线所用的连续凉药设备——钢带式乳化炸药凉药机。

Abstract: The most common use and the most representative cooling modes in the emulsion matrix cooling process of emulsion explosive production in China have briefly been described, and the merits and demerits in each cooling mode have been analyzed. The belt emulsion explosive cooling machine which is in the optimum overall benefit and conforms to large scale continuous and self-controlled production line has finally been determined.
