某难氰化金精矿氧化预处理试验研究

摘要: 某金精矿由于金矿物嵌布粒度微细且多被硫化矿物包裹而造成氰化浸出困难。为此,以过氧化氢为氧化剂,对该金精矿进行了氧化预处理试验研究,并确定了合适的氧化预处理条件为磨矿细度-48 μm占90%、矿浆浓度40 g/L、搅拌速度200 r/min、反应温度50 ℃、硫酸用量0.7 mol/L、过氧化氢用量0.3 mol/L、反应时间8 h。金精矿经氧化预处理后,氰化浸出的金浸出率从51.6%提高到了78.3%,效果显著。

Abstract: A gold concentrate is very difficult to be cyanide leached out because of the fine disseminated grain size and wrapped by sulfide of gold mineral. So taking the hydrogen peroxide as oxidizer, carried out the oxidation pretreatment to the gold concentrate and determined the suitable conditions: grinding fineness at -48 μm 90%, pulp density at 40 g/L, stirring speed at 200 r/min, reaction temperature at 50 ℃, dosage of sulphuric acid at 0.7 mol/L, dosage of hydrogen peroxide at 0.3 mol/L, reaction time at 8 h. After oxidation pretreatment to gold concentrate, the leaching rate of cyanide leached gold increases from 51.6% to 78.3%.
