某铜转炉渣中铜的浮选回收试验

摘要: 某铜冶炼厂转炉渣含铜4.60%,是具有较高经济价值的二次资源。对该转炉渣进行选铜试验研究,采用硫氨酯作铜捕收剂,在-0.075 mm占90%的磨矿细度下,经1粗3精2扫选闭路浮选,获得了铜品位为32.46%、铜回收率为89.75%的铜精矿,为该转炉渣中铜的回收提供了技术依据。

Abstract: Slag of copper-smelting converter from a copper smelting works contains copper grade 4.60%, which is a kind of secondary resources with high economical value. Carried out the test of recovering copper from slag of copper-smelting converter, taking thionocarbamate as collector, in condition of grinding fineness at -0.075 mm 90%, after one roughing, three cleaning and two scavenging flotation process, got the copper concentrate grade of 32.46% and recovery of 89.75%. These provide technical reference for recovering copper from the slag of copper-smelting converter.
