气基还原过程中球团热装对强度的影响

摘要: 以铁精矿预热球团和冷装球团为对象,研究了气基还原过程中球团强度的变化规律及改善方法。研究表明,在黏结剂等量添加的情况下,球团热装有利于提高气基还原过程中的球团强度;黏结剂添加量越高球团的强度也越高;热装球团还原速度慢于冷装,添加1.5%F黏结剂的球团,冷、热装还原30 min时的还原度分别为95%和90%左右。

Abstract: Compression strength variation rule and improve method were studied by using preheated pellets with and without cooling as the burden.The result shows that in the case of equal added binder, the compressive strength of reduced pellets via thermal charging improves obviously; With addition of the binder the compression strength of reduced pellets increases.The reduction speed of thermal charging is slower than the cold-one.Added 1.5% F binder and reduced for 30min,the reduction degree of cold charging and hot charging respectively reached 95% and 90%.
