华北某贫赤铁矿选矿试验研究

摘要: 简要介绍了华北某贫赤褐铁矿的矿石性质,重点研究了磨矿产品细度和反浮选药剂用量对产品指标的影响。试验研究结果表明,采用2阶段磨矿,1次中磁1次强磁预先抛废,1粗1精3扫、中矿顺序返回闭路反浮选流程处理,可以获得铁品位为66.07%、铁回收率为80.53%的精矿。

Abstract: Briefly introduced the ore properties of a lean hematite-limonite ore in North China.The influence of particle size of the grinding product and reagent dosage to flotation index were mainly studied.A reverse flotation closed circuit consisting of two-staged grinding, one middle-density magnetic and one high-density magnetic seperation to discard tailings, one roughing, one cleaning and three scavengings, separation middlings order to return could get the  iron grade of 66.07% and iron recovery of 80.53%.
