摘要: 吉尔吉斯斯坦某金矿矿石中金矿物与黄铁矿等共生关系复杂,嵌布粒度微细,属于难选低品位金矿石。通过对磨矿细度和药剂制度的优化研究,确定在磨矿产品细度为-0.074 mm占90%,D10和A202粗选用量分别为100、50 g/t情况下,可以获得金品位为9.89 g/t,回收率为87.23%的金精矿,比模拟现场工艺流程及药剂制度时的精矿金品位提高了0.24 g/t,回收率高10.03个百分点。

Abstract: A gold ore in Kyrgyzstan which belongs to the refractory low grade gold ore,gold minerals are finely embedded , and the disseminated relationship of useful minerals, pyrite and quartz is complex .Through the optimization research on grinding fineness and the reagent system,under the conditions of -0.074 mm 90% grinding fineness, the dosage of D10 and A202 each at 100,50 g/t, get the gold concentrate containing got the gold 9.89 g/t with gold recovery 87.23%.Comparing with the simulation scene process and reagent system,concentrate grade increased 0.24 g/t, recovery rate improved 10.03 percentage points.
