铜渣中铁铜组分回收利用现状及建议

摘要: 铜渣中铁、铜含量很高,具有较高的经济价值。系统地介绍和分析了国内外对铜渣中铜、铁的回收研究状况和存在的不足,指出解决了煤基直接还原过程中金属铁、铜颗粒生成条件控制的煤基直接还原—磁选—浮选工艺将是富铁铜渣高效回收利用的重要工艺。

Abstract: The copper slag has high contents of iron and copper, thus has a high recycling value.Introduces and analyzes systematically the recycling methods of iron and copper in the slag and its limitation at home and abroad, and believes that coal-based direct reduction followed magnetic separation and flotation method should be suitable for the efficient recycling of iron and copper in the copper slag because the iron-bearing minerals in the slag will be transformed into metallic iron recovered easily by magnetic separation, and the copper-bearing minerals will be changed into metallic copper recycled by flotation.
