综放工作面大跨度切眼锚网索支护技术研究

摘要: 结合潘北矿11118工作面的地质条件及开采技术,对大跨度综放工作面的顶板和两帮进行了支护设计,采用理论计算法和工程类比法对支护参数进行了优化设计。针对大跨度综放巷道提出了锚网索带耦合支护技术,有效地解决了大跨度工作面顶板的安全控制问题及两帮的收敛变形问题,并通过大型非线性有限元计算软件ABAQUS对支护方案进行了模拟计算和结果分析,从而验证了锚网索带耦合支护技术在类似围岩条件下的巷道支护中的合理性。

Abstract: Combined with the geological conditions and mining technology of the mining face 11118 in Panbei Mine,a design program on the roof and walls of the tunnel about the large span mechanized mining face was provided,and the support parameters were optimized through the theoretical calculations and engineering analogy. For the large span fully mechanized caving tunnel,the coupling support technology of anchor-mesh-bolt-belt was raised to effectively solve the roof security problem and the convergence deformation problem of two sides in large span caving face. And the support ways were simulated by ABAQUS. The numerical results show that the rationality of coupling support technology in supporting tunnel that has the similar surrounding conditions.
