某铜矿石低碱度铜硫分离浮选工艺研究

摘要: 为解决江西某铜矿选矿厂在进行铜硫分离浮选时以单一石灰为抑制剂、矿浆pH高达12以上所带来的环境污染、设备及管道结垢等问题,用江西理工大学研发的新型抑制剂DT-4#代替大部分石灰对该矿矿石进行铜硫混合浮选—混合精矿再磨—铜硫分离浮选试验,实现了低碱度(pH=8)条件下铜硫的有效分离,获得的铜精矿铜品位为23.45%、铜回收率为90.38%,硫精矿硫品位为44.67%、硫回收率为91.63%。

Abstract: To resolve the problem of using only lime as depressor at Cu-S separation in a copper mine ore-dressing plant in Jiangxi, and bringing environment pollution when pulp pH above 12, causing scale on equipment and pipe, then using a new depressor DT-4# which was researched by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology instead of mostly lime. For the ore to carry on Cu-S bulk flotation and then regrinding and Cu-S separation flotation test, realized the effective Cu-S separation in low-basicity pulp(pH=8)and obtained copper concentrate with a copper grade 23.45% and recovery 90.38%, and sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade 44.67%  and recovery 91.63%.
