摘要: 为测定到港进口铁矿粉中的明水量,建立了一种新颖实用的流量计—排水法。该法通过流量计测定排出明水的总体积,并采用特别设计的明水在线取样装置采取明水样品,然后在实验室测出明水样品的密度和其中矿石微粒的质量分数,进而求出明水的总量。所设计的明水在线取样装置可在人员不登轮、不中断明水排放的情况下获得有代表性的明水样品,为方法的准确性奠定了基础。

Abstract: Practical flowmeter-draining method is created to determine the weight of visible water in imported iron ore fines at discharging port. In this method, total volume of visible water drained is determined by means of flowmeter. On-line sampling device of visible water is designed specially to obtain sample of visible water. Density of the sample and weight percentage of ore particles in the sample are determined in laboratories. Thus the weight of visible water in iron ore fines can be calculated. The representative sample of visible water is taken by using on-line sampling device, while boarding the ship and interrupting the discharge of visible water are not needed.
