摘要: 为了确保册亨岩架大桥拆除爆破的顺利进行,在拆除爆破前基于有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,分别考虑了爆破过程中钢筋和混凝土的力学差异,建立了分离式共节点模型,对所提出的爆破方案进行了预演。数值模拟结果表明,所采取的浅孔爆破与深孔爆破相结合的方案是完全可行的,因此确定利用此方案进行爆破施工。通过与实际爆破过程进行对比分析,认为数值模拟技术可对爆破方案进行验证并优化,能够有效地指导爆破施工,具有重要的理论意义和工程实用价值。

Abstract: In order to ensure Ceheng ledges bridge demolition blasting is carried out smoothly, a common node separate model which is considering the mechanical difference between steel and concrete during blasting was established based on the ANSYS/LS-DYNA platform, then the blasting program before demolition blasting was simulated.The simulation results show that the program which shallow hole blasting and deep hole blasting in combination is entirely feasible, thus this program for blasting construction is used.Through the comparative analysis with the actual blasting process, the numerical simulation technique can verify and optimize the blasting program.It can effectively guide the blasting construction, and it has important theoretical significance and practical value.
