新疆某微细粒铜矿石选矿试验研究

Experimental Research on Mineral Processing For Some Micro-fine Copper Ore from Xinjiang

摘要: 在对新疆某铜品位为0.52%、钼品位为0.028%的细粒嵌布铜矿石进行矿石性质分析的基础上,进行了浮选工艺条件研究。研究结果表明,该铜矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占90.60%的条件下,以丁基黄药与Z-200为组合捕收剂(质量比为1∶4),采用1粗3精2扫、中矿顺序返回的闭路流程处理,可以获得铜品位为20.52%、铜回收率为92.54%、含钼0.95%、钼回收率为78.04%的铜钼混合精矿。

Abstract: Based on the analysis to a fine-disseminated copper ore with Cu grade 0.52%, molybdenum grade 0.028% from xinjiang, carried out the research on floatation process. The results show that: under the conditions of grinding fineness of -0.074mm 90.60%, buty1 xanthate and Z -200(mass ratio 1∶4) as collectors, through once roughing three times cleaning twice scavenging, middlings orderly return, can get the Cu-Mo mixed concentrate with Cu grade 20.52%, recovery 92.54% and Mo content 0.95%, recovery 78.04%.
