摘要: 现场混装炸药车具有安全高效的特点,是解决炸药生产、存储和运输过程安全问题的理想手段。针对现场混装重铵油炸药车存在的原料测量和输送控制精度较低,所生产炸药质量不稳定等问题,设计了新型的混装车控制系统,在流量控制中采用了闭环控制,并采用了模糊-PID混合智能控制算法,实现了炸药生产过程中原料配比和流量的精确控制,保证了配料精度,大大提高了混装炸药车的生产效率和炸药质量。

Abstract: Mixing-loading truck has the advantage of safety and high efficiency, so it has been widely used in engineering explosion.For the requirement of high precision and reliability in the heavy ANFO explosive production, a novel control system of mixing-loading truck of heavy ANFO explosive is designed.The system uses a special FUZZY-PID control algorithm for the closed loop control of the flow of the raw materials, which improve the quality of the product and increase the efficiency of the system significantly.
