摘要: 根据容积泵流量、压力始终是脉动的特点,在分析隔膜泵排入管道内流体的流量Q、压力P与管道水利特性之间关系的基础上,采用在管道并联空气补偿罐的方法以达控制或消弱管道震动的目的。现场实际应用表明,所运用空气补偿罐的设计方法,对生产现场的工程师来说是很有实用价值。

Abstract: According to the volumetric flow rate, pressure always have fluctuating characteristics.The fluid flow rate Q in the diaphragm pump into pipelines, pressure P and piping water characteristics on the basis of the relationship between using pipe parallel methods for control of air compensating tank purpose or weaken pipeline vibration.Practical application indicates the method of design of air compensating tank is of great practical value for the engineer at the production site.
