河南某钼矿尾中钨钼硫的选矿回收试验

摘要: 在对河南某选钼尾矿矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了钼、硫、钨矿物选矿综合回收研究。研究结果表明,该矿样磨至-200目占70%时,经钼、硫、钨优先浮选闭路流程处理,最终可获得钼品位为48.35%、回收率为61.24%的钼精矿,硫品位为38.72%、回收率为84.81%的硫精矿,钨品位为48.70%、回收率为78.16% 的钨精矿。

Abstract: Based on the research on the ore properties of a molydbenum tailings from henan, carried out the dressing tests to recover molybdenum, sulfur and tungsten minerals. The results show that molybdenum concentrate with 48.35% grade and 61.24% recovery, sulfur concentrate with 38.72% grade 84.81% recovery, tungsten concentrate with 48.70% grade 78.16% recovery can get through the closed circuit process of slelective flotation to molybdenum, sulfur and tungsten when grinding the ore sample to -200 mesh accounting for 70%.
