尾矿库溃坝数值计算及对下游影响分析

摘要: 尾矿库溃坝与水库溃坝和山体泥石流爆发在工程条件上有一定的相似之处。采用工程类比法,借鉴水库溃坝与山体泥石流的研究成果,结合尾矿库溃坝自身的特点,针对逐渐溃坝的情况,对原有模型进行适当调整,得出下泄砂流的洪峰流量、下游沿程最大洪峰流量以及坝下游某处洪峰高度的计算公式,给出了最大洪峰流量到达该处的时间计算公式。将计算公式应用于实际工程,其计算结果为溃坝下游影响分析提供了充分数据,也为尾矿库的设计与管理提供了必要的数据,为尾矿库选址提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The tailings dam-break is similar to the reservoir dam-break and the outbreak of the mountain debris flow in the project conditions.Using the project analog method, drawing on research results both the reservoir dam-break and the mountain debris flow, with tailings dam-break its own characteristics, according to the case for gradual dam-break, appropriate adjustments to the original model, getting calculation formulas of peak flow, maximum peak flow downstream along the way and flood peak height from the dam site, giving the time formula the maximum peak flow reached.The formulas are applied to practical project.The results provide sufficient data for the dam-break downstream impact analysis, and it is the necessary data for tailings dam design and management.It provides the theoretical basis for site selection of tailings dam.
