黄沙坪矿深部开采充填管道输送参数计算与仿真

摘要: 通过研究充填管道输送两相流的基本理论,分析充填管道输送中充填料的沉降规律和运动形式,计算出黄沙坪矿的临界流速及两相流的水力坡度;分析充填管道中充填体的流动形态和流变特性,选择雷诺数作为数值计算时浆体流型的理论依据;运用ANSYS有限元数值计算软件中的Flotran流体力学模块进行数值计算,为黄沙坪矿深部充填管道输送提供理论支撑。

Abstract: Through the research filling pipes two phase flow of the basic theory, the filling pipe filling in the settlement of rules and forms of exercise was analyses, huangshaping ore critical flow velocity and two phase flow hydraulic gradients was calculated.Filling flow patterns and rheological properties in the pipe of filling body was analysis.Reynolds number as a numerical calculation pastes the theoretical basis of the flow pattern was choose.ANSYS finite element software Flotran fluid mechanics module was used in the numerical calculation.it provides theory support for huangshaping ore deep filling pipes.
