不同岩层倾向与台阶坡面位置关系下的爆破效果

摘要: 在露天土石方爆破作业中,爆破效果的好坏直接影响工程的工期、经济效益和其他工序的进行,而岩体的结构面、层理、临空面、孔网参数等多种因素制约着爆破效果。通过对某个平场工程爆破岩层倾向与台阶坡面不同空间位置关系所产生的不同爆破效果进行试验与对比,得出对层状岩体进行平场施工时岩层倾向与台阶坡面的最佳位置关系以及各个位置关系的孔网参数设计和施工作业要点。

Abstract: In the open pit soil-rock blasting process, the blasting effect will have a direct impact on the project construction period, economic benefit and other processes.And various factors such as the structural surface of rock, bedding-joint, air face, hole nets parameters restrict the blasting effect.Effect comparison and blasting experiment on different relationship of spatial position between rock strata dip and bench slop obtain the best position relationship between rock strata dip and bench slop, the hole parameter designs at each position, and the construction working points.
