西藏某复杂铜锌硫化矿选矿试验

摘要: 在对西藏某复杂难选铜锌硫化矿进行矿石性质分析的基础上,按优先浮铜再选锌的原则流程首先分别进行了铜、锌矿物粗选及精选工艺技术条件研究,然后进行闭路流程试验,获得了铜品位为20.10%、回收率为70.26%、含银90.20 g/t的铜精矿,锌品位为42.33%、回收率为75.35%、含银14.80 g/t的锌精矿,铜锌分离效果较好,但富集在铜精矿、锌精矿中的银回收率有待提高。

Abstract: Based on the study of the property of a complex copper-zinc sulfide ore from tibet, the process flowsheet of preferential flotation Cu and the tailings of flotation Cu treated by flotation Zn was adopted and the technical conditions of Cu-Zn mineral roughing and cleaning were researched.A copper concentrate contenting copper 20.10%with recovery 70.26% and contenting silver 90.20 g/t,  a zinc concentrate contenting zinc 42.33% with  recovery 75.35% and contenting silver 14.80 g/t can be obtained by the finally definitive closed circuit test.Although the copper-zinc separation was successful realized, the recovery of silver in copper,zinc concentrate needs to be further improved.
