摘要: 多级动态磁化焙烧技术适用于处理粉状低品位氧化铁矿石。-3 mm左右的物料在重力作用下经干燥脱水段、预热焙烧段、降温冷却段逐级下落,与向上的炉内高温气体作逆向运动,高效地完成传热传质反应,充分体现了设备台效高、单位能耗低、反应速度快、还原充分、适用矿种普遍等优点,为还原物料的后续高效弱磁选创造了条件。系统巧妙地完成了对各作业段的温度和风流的设计,确保系统压力、气氛和炉内温度达到平衡与稳定,具有显著的高效、节能、环保优势,在生产实践中取得了理想的分选指标。

Abstract: Multi-grades dynamic state magnetizing roasting is suitable for handling the powder low-grade oxidized ore.Refractory iron ore material about -3 mm diameter is declined by gravity through drying and dehydrating stage,preheating and roasting stage,cooling stage, traveled against to ascending high temperature wind current in furnace.Reactions of heat transfer and mass transfer are finished efficiently.The technology has properties such as high efficiency,low unit energy exhaustion,fast reaction,full magnetic reduction and can be used to deal with many kinds of oxidized iron.Designs of temperature and wind current matching are fulfilled in this system, balance and stabilization of temperature,pressure and reductive atmosphere are ensured in the processing.The roasted product can be separated by low intensity magnetic separator efficiently.Advantages such as high efficiency,low exhaustion and environmental protection are proved in research.Good separation indexes are also obtained in production.
