谦比希混合铜矿石浮选试验

摘要: 对谦比希混合铜矿石采用先浮硫化铜后浮氧化铜的原则流程进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%的条件下,以硫化钠+硫酸铵组合为氧化铜矿物的活化剂,采用1次粗选浮硫化铜、1次粗选浮氧化铜、混合粗精矿3次精选、中矿顺序返回流程处理该矿石,最终获得了铜品位为25.89%、回收率为83.44%的铜精矿。

Abstract: Experimental research on Chambishi mixed copper ore is carried out by the flow-sheet of copper oxide flotation and copper sulfide flotation in sequence. The results show that with grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 80%,and the THF + ammonium sulfate as the combined activator of copper oxide,copper concentrate with Cu grade of 25.89% and recovery of 83.44% was finally obtained by the process of one-roughing flotation for copper sulfide removal,one-roughing flotation for copper oxide removal,and three-cleaning for mixed ores,and middlings back to the flow-sheet in order.
