某铅锑银多金属矿选矿试验

摘要: 在工艺矿物学研究基础上,对某铅锑银多金属原生矿进行了混合浮选工艺技术条件研究。结果表明,原矿磨至-0.074 mm占85%时,经1粗2扫3精、中矿顺序返回流程处理,可获得Pb、Sb、Ag品位分别为28.00%、31.00%、920.0 g/t,Pb、Sb、Ag回收率分别为85.69%、95.89%、78.39%的铅锑混合精矿。

Abstract: Based on the process mineralogy research,the technical conditions for the mixed flotation of a lead-antimony-silver polymeatllic native ore were investigated. Through experimental research,mixed concentrate with the grade of Sb 28.00%,Pb 31.00%,Ag 920.0 g/t and the recovery of Pb 85.69%,Sb 95.89%,Ag 78.39% was obtained under the condition of crude ore grinding to -0.074 mm 85% and by the process of a roughing-two scavenging-three cleaning and middlings returned into the flow process orderly.
