红透山矿深井开采通风系统循环风研究与应用

摘要: 简单阐述可控循环风原理;突破局部循环通风方式,在红透山矿深部开采中段成功实现系统循环通风。详细介绍了该系统在红透山矿的运转情况,并建立循环风流净化设施和有毒有害气体监控设备,确保循环风满足井下安全工作环境的要求。该系统运行指标良好,安全可靠,解决了通风困难和通风节能问题。

Abstract: The principle of controllable circulated ventilation is simply introduced.Different from the local circulation ventilation mode, the systemic circulation ventilation successfully was applied into the deep exploration of Hongtoushan mine.The operation situation of the system in Hongtoushan mine is introduced in detail, and the purifying facilities of circulated air and monitoring equipment for harmful gases are built to meet the requirements of underground safety work on circulated ventilation.The system is good, safe and reliable.Difficulties in ventilation and energy saving were solved.
