充填采矿用全尾砂胶结材料流变特性研究

摘要: 充填料浆的流变特性是反映料浆流动性和稳定性的重要指标。为实现全尾砂胶凝料浆的自流稳定输送,在石人沟铁矿现场开展了水泥全尾砂料浆的试验研究。通过对水泥全尾砂料浆流变特性的分析,揭示影响全尾砂胶凝料浆流变性的因素,并建立砂浆流动性和稳定性分别与影响因素的关系,为充填工艺提供理论依据。

Abstract: Rheological property of the filling slurry is an important indicator to reflect its liquidity and stability.The tests of full tailings cement slurry in Shirengou Iron Mine is carried out to achieve the stable transportation of cementing materials with full tailings by gravity.The analysis on rheological properties of full tailing slurry reveals the factors impacting the rheological properties of the cementing materials with full tailings.Then the relationship of slurry's fluidity and stability with the influencing factors is built, providing a theoretical basis for the filling process.
