石人沟铁矿三期工程采矿方法选择

摘要: 分析比较了石人沟铁矿三期工程选用分段空场嗣后充填法与无底柱分段崩落法的优缺点,并进行了经济技术比较。结果表明:采用分段空场嗣后充填法,较无底柱分段崩落法资源利用率高、基建投资少、效益好、占地少、不搬迁村庄、尾矿得到综合利用、井下排水量小,推荐选用分段空场嗣后充填法。石人沟铁矿需对已有的三期开拓工程做必要的调整,以满足调整后的分段空场嗣后充填法。

Abstract: The advantages and disadvantages of sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling and sublevel caving method selected by Third Phase Project of Shirengou Iron Mine is analyzed and compared,and the economic and technical analysis is made.The results showed that: the sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling has the advantages as higher resource utilization ratio,less investment in capital construction,higher benefit,less land occupation,no relocation village,comprehensive utilization of tailings,smaller water discharge than that of the sublevel caving method.So the sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling is recommended.Shirengou Iron Mine should make necessary adjustment for the present Third Phase Project development work to meet the sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling.
