大范围隐患区下不规则残留矿体整体崩落回采技术

摘要: 铜坑矿92号矿体位于大范围火区隐患区下,开采条件复杂。基于多层矿体开采顶板围岩崩落特性与规律,制定了残矿回采合理的顺序。采用束状孔大参数布孔,凿岩硐室布置成巷道的形式,采场高分层落矿和厚大尺寸揭顶崩落。工业试验生产能力2 237 t/d,贫化率13.5%,损失率9%。

Abstract: The mining conditions in No.92 orebody of Tongkeng Mine are complicated with a wide range of potential fire accident area. Based on the characteristics and law of roof caving in multilayer orebody mining,a reasonable mining sequence for residual ore is developed. The block caving mining technology is characterized by bundle-holes with large parameters,the drilling chamber arranged into tunnel,and high-layer stoping and large and thick roof-exposing caving as well. In industrial tests,the production capacity reaches 2 237t/d with the dilution rate of 13.5% and the loss rate of 9%.
