特大型地下矿山胶结充填采场结构参数优化

摘要: 结合鞍山地区特大型铁矿的岩性条件和充填体强度要求,在建立数值模型的基础上,应用Ansys和Flac3D数值分析软件对矿房高度、长度、宽度和矿柱宽度进行了采场参数优化,通过比较分析,得到了最优的采场结构参数,以获得最好的充填采矿效果,为特大型地下矿山胶结充填采矿方案的确定提供科学依据。

Abstract: On the basis of establishing numerical model,the numerical analysis software,such as Ansys and Flac3D,were applied to optimize the parameters of stage height,ore block length,width and pillar width,combined with the lithologic conditions and filling body strength requirements of super large iron ore in Anshan Area. By comparison and analysis,the reasonable mining structure parameters were chosen to obtain the best mining effect,which provides scientific basis for the scheme determination of cemented filling mining in extra large underground mine.
