山东某细粒全尾砂胶结充填技术研究

摘要: 以中钢集团山东富全矿业有限公司尾矿为原料,开展细粒全尾砂胶结充填技术研究。通过尾矿性质分析、尾矿胶结试验、料浆流动性试验等试验研究,查明了该尾矿基本性质,确定出适宜的胶凝材料种类、胶结工艺参数和输送工艺条件,同时对尾矿浓缩充填工艺进行了优化研究。

关键词: 细粒径尾砂, 胶结充填, 胶凝材料, 流变特性, 尾矿浓缩

Abstract: With the tailings from Sinosteel Shandong Fuquan Mining Co., Ltd. As raw materials, the cemented filling technology with fine-grained full tailings is investigated. Through tests analysis on the nature of tailings, tailings cementation and its slurry fluidity, the basic properties of the tailings are identified, and the appropriate types of cementitious material, the cementing process parameters and the transport conditions are determined. Meanwhile, the thickening tailings filling process is optimized.
