俯采超高水材料充填体稳定性控制研究

摘要: 由于受到工作面的倾斜作用,在俯采阶段采用超高水材料袋式充填时,充填体易向煤壁方向塌落。为了克服这一难题,以山西大庄煤矿813充填工作面为研究对象,通过简要力学模型分析充填体失稳原因,提出了稳定性控制方法:调整超高水材料的配比及加强对充填体的支护。俯采超高水材料充填在大庄煤矿首次应用并取得成功,其实践说明:超高水材料是性能良好的充填材料,可以克服俯采条件下的充填体易失稳等难题。

Abstract: When the bag-type filling mining with ultra high water material is used,the filler is easy to be broken down towards rib during the underhand mining stage due to the impact of tilt role at working face. In order to overcome this problem,taking the No. 813 filling face of Shanxi Dazhuang Coal Mine as the research object,the reasons for instability of the filling body are analyzed with brief mechanical model,and the stability controlling method is proposed: adjusting the ratio of super high water,and strengthening the support of filling body. The first successful application of the underhand mining filling with super high-water material shows that the super high water material is a filling material with good performance which can overcome the instability problems of filling body in underhand mining conditions.
