物料颗粒级配对带式输送机运输能力的影响

摘要: 分析了带式输送机运输能力的决定因素,使用离散单元数值模拟方法建立了散体物料加载于皮带并达到力学平衡的模型。通过对不同粒径级配的散体物料的数值模拟,分析了散体物料平均粒径、粒径范围对带式输送机运输能力的影响。研究结果表明:在一定范围内,散体颗粒平均粒径越大、最大粒径与最小粒径的比值越大,其在带式输送机上的堆积断面的面积越大,带式输送机也因此具有较大的运输能力。

Abstract: The decisive factors of belt conveyor's transport capacity are analyzed. The model that bulk materials loads on the belt and achieves mechanical equilibrium is established by using the discrete element numerical simulation method. According to research of several groups of bulk materials with different grain composition,the influence of the mean particle size,the range of particle size on the belt conveyor transport capacity is analyzed. The result shows that the bigger the mean particle size is,the bigger the ratio of maximum particle to minimum particle is,and the bigger the area of the cross section of bulk solid loading on the belt conveyor is. Therefore,the belt conveyor owns a larger transport capacity.
