摘要: 对之前提出的新型井下制冷系统做出重大改进,去掉原有的换热袋及其中的蛇形管道,使系统得以简化。同时,将2种介质的局部接触换热转变成同种介质的全面混合换热,大大提高了换热效率。改进后的系统需在传统空气压缩制冷装置的基础上增加排气机及其相关设备,以使循环构成完整回路,虽使成本增加,但系统更简单合理。

Abstract: Major improvements to the new refrigeration system previously proposed are made. Removing the original heat exchanger bags and the serpentine pipeline make the system simplified. And transferring the contact heat with two different media into all-around mixed heat exchanger of the same medium can greatly improve the efficiency of heat transfer. The improved system need an exhaust machine and the related equipment based on the traditional air compression refrigeration device,in order to make a full circuit. Although the cost increases,the system becomes more simple and reasonable.
